The Piccolo takes the pure form of an Espresso and adds an equal portion of hot frothed milk to provide a beautiful velvety consistency with a strong aroma and body.
PREPARATION OF PICCOLO ESPRESSO
- 1. Extract the Indriya from India coffee capsule as an espresso.
- 2. Heat and froth your choice of milk using your Aeroccino milk frother, Lattissima or Creatista coffee machine.
- 3. Pour equal parts of frothed and hot milk in to the cup filling it to the top.
- 4. Allow enough frothed milk to enter to provide a froth density of 0.5-1 cm.

- - 1 Indriya from India coffee capsule extracted as 40 ml espresso
- - 20 ml of milk
