Piccolo Espresso featuring Indriya from India

The Piccolo takes the pure form of an Espresso and adds an equal portion of hot frothed milk to provide a beautiful velvety consistency with a strong aroma and body.

PREPARATION OF PICCOLO ESPRESSO

  1. 1. Extract the Indriya from India coffee capsule as an espresso.
  2. 2. Heat and froth your choice of milk using your Aeroccino milk frother, Lattissima or Creatista coffee machine.
  3. 3. Pour equal parts of frothed and hot milk in to the cup filling it to the top.
  4. 4. Allow enough frothed milk to enter to provide a froth density of 0.5-1 cm.

  • - 1 Indriya from India coffee capsule extracted as 40 ml espresso
  • - 20 ml of milk
