Mocha Coffee Recipe featuring Roma

Foamy, milky sweet and lightly chocolatey, a delicious Mocha Latte is ideal for a classic coffee indulgence.

PREPARATION OF MOCHA

  1. 1. Place one sachet of the chocolate powder into your cup.
  2. 2. Prepare the espresso directly onto the chocolate powder and mix together.
  3. 3. Heat and froth your choice of milk using your Aeroccino milk frother, Lattissima or Creatista coffee machine.
  4. 4. Pour hot milk into the cup, holding back the froth until three quarters full, then add the froth allowing for an approximate froth depth of 1 cm.

  • - 1 Roma coffee capsule, extracted as a 40 ml espresso
  • - 1 sachet of Cailler Le Chocolat
  • - 100 ml of milk
