Citrus Morning featuring Robusta Uganda
Incorporating marmalade, our Citrus Morning recipe adds a touch of sweetness to complement the intense and rich cocoa notes of the new Robusta Uganda Limited Edition. Garnish with lemon and orange to transform your cappuccino into a wonderful sensory experience.
PREPARATION OF CITRUS MORNING
- 1. Place marmalade jam into the bottom of a VIEW cappuccino glass.
- 2. Extract coffee on top of marmalade jam and stir well.
- 3. Using the cappuccino setting on your milk device, froth milk.
- 4. Pour frothed milk into the VIEW cappuccino cup.
- 5. Garnish with lemon and orange peel.

- - 1 capsule of Robusta Uganda (40ml)
- - 120ml full cream milk
- - 1 tsp marmalade jam
- - ½ tsp orange and lemon peel to garnish
