FRUITY AND LIGHT-BODIED
The toasted cereal notes of Solelio coffee are enriched by delicate red fruit aromas associated with Kenyan and Colombian Arabicas, giving rise to a well-balanced and lightly roasted morning blend.
A hint of delicate, red fruit notes is revealed in this full washed Arabica blend, comprised of beans from Kenya and the Nariño highlands of Colombia.
Solelio coffee is roasted in two splits. The Colombian Nariño is light and short roasted to highlight the fruity character of the blend, while the Kenyan is medium and long roasted to complete it and reduce the sharp acidity of its citrus notes.
The low body of the blend is obtained by light roasting the Arabicas and completed with the shortest contact time of ground coffee in water during the infusion.
In 2003, we sealed our commitment on sustainability and quality. Today, we celebrate our long-term partnership with the Rainforest Alliance, through the AAA Sustainable Quality™ Program. We source more than 80% of our coffee from AAA farms and over 40% of all our coffee from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms
