Why we love it: The glow of Alto Ambrato is its honeyed cereal and toasted notes and caramel sweetness. A fruity touch sparkles through this lightly roasted blend of fine Latin American Arabicas and Robusta. At home or on the go, it’s your longer cup warm in rich, golden aromatics.
We reimagined our longest cups, playing with blend, roast, and grind parameters until we landed on two recipes we felt sure could deliver the in-cup experience we were after. Our new Alto coffees offer a fullness of taste and aromas to savour at home or on the go.

ROASTING
The first split gets the majority of the volume and is composed of Arabicas from Nicaragua and Colombia and a portion of Robusta. The roasting profile preserves the finer aromatics. The second split is composed exclusively of arabicas, both regular and decaffeinated, to maintain a moderate level of caffeine.
WITH MILK
Extract Alto Ambrato over 70ml of cold milk for a sweet golden-hued reverso to linger over or to last the journey.
