Taste the unforgettable vibrancy of an East African Arabica. Mount Kilimanjaro’s fertile slopes are home to a longstanding tradition of pioneering coffee cultivation. Grown in a distinguished terroir, the coffee is processed by the washed method—designed to bring out its lively acidity, beautifully balanced by its fruity character.
Origin
A 100% washed Arabica from Mount Kilimanjaro region in the Northern Highlands of Tanzania.
Roasting
We separate the Arabicas into 2 batches for roasting. Most of it will undergo a light roast to achieve fruity, citric notes with bright acidity, while the other part is roasted a bit longer to create sweet aromatics and a hint of dry cereal notes.
