Oriental Flavour Espresso

Crealto results from an encounter between NespressoCoffee Expert, Alexis Rodriguez and Michelin starred Chef Mauro Colagreco who share a love for high-quality products and a desire to create.

Preparation

  • Gently heat all the spicy syrup ingredients together in a saucepan until it simmers
  • Let it stand for five minute then strain through a sieve
  • Pour 8ml of the the warm spicy syrup into an Espresso cup and prepare a Crealto Espresso on top
  • Mix the almond syrup with the milk before preparing the flavoured milk froth using the Aeroccino milk frother or the steam function of your machine
  • Carefully pour the milk froth over your spicy coffee and enjoy.
