Preparation

  • Put the glass in the fridge
  • Prepare the Grand Cru of your choice in espresso (40 ml)
  • Put the ice cubes in the shaker, add the espresso, the sugar and the lemon juice
  • Shake until the mix is creamy
  • Pour everything except the ice cubes in the glass
