Preparation
- In the shaker, put the scoop of vanilla ice cream, the milk, the syrup, 1 teaspoon of chocolate powder, the ice cubes and mix it
- Pour it into a glass
- Prepare the Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml ), shake it with ice cubes and add it into the glass.
- Mix the cream with some chocolate powder to create Chantilly
- Add the chocolate Chantilly on top
- Decorate with some chocolate chips
