Preparation

In the shaker, put the scoop of vanilla ice cream, the milk, the syrup, 1 teaspoon of chocolate powder, the ice cubes and mix it

Pour it into a glass

Prepare the Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml ), shake it with ice cubes and add it into the glass.

Mix the cream with some chocolate powder to create Chantilly

Add the chocolate Chantilly on top

Decorate with some chocolate chips
