Preparation
- Prepare a Decaffeinato Intense Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml )
- Add into the Shaker the following ingredients: 10 ml of the espresso, 10 ml of blueberry cream, 8 ml of coffee liqueur
- Pour the preparation in the Lungo Cup
- Add 80 ml of sparkling wine (champagne)
- Gently mix the ingredients with a cocktail spoon
