A dessert in concentrated form, this recipe adds an intense chocolate and milk flavour to the wooded notes of the Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru.
Preparation
- Place 30 ml of condensed milk in the bottom of the glass
- Pour a sachet of chocolate powder over the condensed milk
- Insert a capsule of Grand Cru Fortissio Lungo in the Maestria machine and prepare the coffee (110ml.)
- Press the hot froth button
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
