This recipe is an invitation to dance. The complex flavours of this Espresso twirl and spin with the lovely vanilla ice.
Preparation
- Cut the vanilla pod into two
- Using the tip of a knife, scrape the seeds from the inside of the pod, and add them to the milk
- Pour the vanilla-flavored milk into a blender, add the vanilla ice cream and blend together
- Prepare your chosen Grand Cru (110 ml, 3.72 oz) in a Lungo cup and add to the mixture in the blender
- Blend together and pour into a large recipe glass (350 ml,12 oz)
- Serve immediately.
