Coffee-Strawberry-Raspberry Smoothie Break
Creamy light and fresh red fruit based coffee smoothie for any occasion.
Préparation (4 personnes)
Prepare the Vivalto Lungo Grand Cru in lungo (2 x 110 ml / 4 oz), pour in a bowl and leave to cool.
Wash the strawberries in cold water, hull them and chop them into small pieces.
Pour the cooled-down coffee, the strawberries, the cane sugar and the raspberry sorbet scoops into a blender.
Mix for about 30 seconds, until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Carefully pour the smoothie into small glasses.
