An affogato inspired by Italy's sweltering summers, combining sumptuous vanilla gelato with a Nespresso Altissio Vertuo pod, before being generously sprinkled with flaky sea salt and a luxurious olive oil drizzle.Ingredients
1 Vertuo Altissio Capsule (Arpeggio OL Alternative)
1 Scoop Vanilla Gelato
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pinch Sea Salt Flakes

Let's make it!
1. Add Gelato
Place the scoop of vanilla gelato into the affogato bowl.
2. Brew Coffee
Brew Altissio directly over the gelato.
3. Finish
Drizzle over the olive oil and finish with a pinch of sea salt flakes.
