1 AMARETTI DECAFFEINATO capsule, 40ml

Pistachio paste, 5g​

15ml Almond Syrup

3 Nespresso Ice Cubes, 90g

Oat Barista Plant based drink, 150ml​

Pistachios, 5g​

1 Nespresso Barista device + Zenius, Momento & Milk Machine or Aguila Machine (If you are using the Aguila or Momento & Milk Machine, do not add alternative milk to the milk section of the machine)

Let's make it!

  • 1. Into a View Recipe Glass, stripe with a brush some pistachio paste. Place 3 ice cubes (of 30g each), add 50ml of Oat Barista Plant Based drink.

With the Zenius or Momento 100 Machine, pour 100ml of Oat Barista Plant based drink in your Aeroccino. Close the lid and press the cold foam button.

  • 2. Once ready, pour the cold foam into the View recipe Glass over the ice, making sure to leave a little bit of room at the top. Then, extract 40ml of AMARETTI DECAFFEINATO into the glass.
  • 3. Sprinkle with some grinded pistachios.
  • 4. Stir & enjoy!
