Ispirazione Ristretto Italiano is a blend of diverse Arabica and Robustas – a contrasting bouquet from around the world – together they recreate the iconic Italian taste. Ispirazione Ristretto Italiano is a medium-dark roast. In one short, sharp sip, this blend reveals all its intensity and complexity of aromas. It’s a roasty and intense coffee accented by fruity notes and a hint of acidity dancing through. It’s a profile worthy of an ambassador – a coffee that explains Italians’ passion for coffee and makes sense of why it’s ingrained in daily life.

Ispirazione Roma is inspired by the different layers of civilization towering up to the present day, where the Modern adds its layer of elegance to the history of the city. The coffee has a popular taste forged by time and the rich southern Italian influences, enlivened by a dash of modern elegance found in its delicate acidity. Roman roasters shrewdly developed their roasting techniques to achieve an aromatic profile that wisely combined the popular ancient taste with a twist of modernity. To mirror their skill, we gave Ispirazione Roma the shortest and lightest roast of our range. It results in a subtle balance between the intensity and depth of the woodsy, cereal notes, and the finesse of the acidity and elegant aromatics - true to Rome’s rich history of contrasts.. A shot of this Intenso coffee and you’re headed straight into a virtual Roman holiday.

Ispirazione Genova Livanto takes its cue from the northern Italian coffee profile who emerged from the important trading city of Genova. Sailors returned from their explorations with Latin American coffees among their treasures. The roasters developed a lighter roast profile that kept the sweet aromas intact and crowned the bouquet with a classic sweet caramel note. We pay tribute to their skill in crafting this sweet roast profile. In Ispirazione Genova Livanto, good acidity and a low bitter note come with the lighter medium roast of predominantly Brazilian, Colombian and Guatemalan Arabicas. Hints of cocoa and spice in its fine crema give way to a lingering aftertaste that evokes that comforting aroma of malty cereal and sweet caramel. It’s a harmonious complexity of tastes and aromas that celebrates the myriad of aromas and flavors the Genovese explorers discovered on their travels around the globe and how the roasters made these aromas sing in the cup.

Looking for the perfect balance of coffee and milk? Savor this coffee’s aromatic character through the sweetness of milk or milk froth with BARISTA CREATIONS Scuro. We carefully studied different aspects of the interaction between coffee and milk in order to create this blend, taking our inspiration from Melbourne baristas. They’re the masters of robust, but exquisitely balanced tastes – their roasting and blending lend an aromatic power poised as the yin to the yang of milk. We orchestrated this ideal marriage by giving a meticulous split roast to selected Colombian and Ethiopian Arabicas. Scuro has the optimum intensity for pushing that roast coffee aroma through without overpowering the sweetness of the milk. Best served as a Cappuccino (25 ml of coffee with 60 ml of frothed milk), but it’s also great in a larger Latte Macchiato recipe.

To create this blend, we took a meticulous new approach, studying every aspect of the coffee and milk interaction. The baristas in Brooklyn inspired us with their light roasts that allow the coffee’s natural sweetness to land on a smooth and decadent note when you add milk. To get this same epicurean effect we carefully selected Arabicas from Kenya and Indonesia for their incredible sensory potential, then developed our very light roast to preserve the coffee’s sweetness – ready to reveal itself with delicious biscuit and caramel notes when combined with milk.

We carefully selected Arabicas from Colombia and Kenya and gave them a contrasting split roast. This creates rich, roasted and cereal notes that slightly soften the sweetness of milk when added. When you add milk to Bianco Forte, the aromatic coffee character of this long cup really pushes through the sweetness of the milk. We took our inspiration from the baristas in Melbourne.

You’ll love Half Caffeinato - its smooth, velvety texture and its sweet biscuit note. This Vertuo coffee capsule blends decaffeinated and caffeinated Arabica coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia. After decaffeination of half the coffee, light and quick roast of a Brazilian Arabica coffee give this Vertuo coffee capsule a roundness and sweetness. We chose to blend in an Ethiopian coffee so its delicate aromatics would add finesse. Half the coffee is Nespresso decaffeinated, but the taste is full.
Maintaining its light, sweet character, milk opens up new dimensions of Half Caffeinato, as caramel and nutty notes are also brought into play.
