How it works and what are the benefits


What is EasyOrder?
EasyOrder is a simple and easy way to ensure you never run out of your favorite Nespresso coffees. It’s an auto delivery or auto replenishment service. You just have to set it up once and you are done. All Original and Vertuo coffees are available to order under this service. So are descaling kits and free recycling bags.

It is easy to set up via the Nespresso website, App or in Nespresso boutiques – from scratch or from a previous order. All you have to do is indicate the coffees that you want delivered, the frequency of delivery - weekly, once in two weeks, monthly, bi-monthly – the delivery address and provide your credit card details. You can modify or cancel anytime, no fees, no commitment.

And don’t forget to choose your complimentary coffee sleeve from a special selection. You will receive one (1) free sleeve for every $75 spent through this service, on a cumulative basis. It is equivalent to approximately one (1) free sleeve for every seven (7) Vertuo Coffee sleeves or ten (10) Original espresso sleeves. You can enjoy a maximum of twelve (12) free sleeves per account, per year.

What is the benefit of setting up an EasyOrder?
By setting up an EasyOrder, not only do you ensure that you never run out of your favorite Nespresso coffees and espressos, you’re also eligible for one (1) free sleeve for every $75 of coffee order, on a cumulative basis. It is equivalent to approximately one (1) free sleeve for every seven (7) Vertuo Coffee sleeves (70 capsules) or ten (10) Original espresso sleeves (100 capsules). You can enjoy a maximum of twelve (12) free sleeves per account, per year. For EasyOrders set up in a boutique, eligibility for this promotion will begin at the first shipped order.

You can select the free sleeve from a list when you set up your EasyOrder. The free sleeve will ship with every qualifying order. For example, if you order $60 of coffees every month, with your second order you will receive your free sleeve as that’s when you’ve cumulatively spent $75. Then, the balance of $45 and $30 from your third order will qualify you for your second free sleeve and so on.


Getting rewarded with EasyOrder


Can I choose my free sleeve?
Yes, EasyOrder offers you a selection of sleeves to pick from. You can pick from three Original and three Vertuo sleeves.

Is there a limit to the number of free sleeves I can receive?
You can enjoy a maximum of twelve (12) free sleeves per account, per year, beginning with your initial free sleeve selection.

Can I change my choice of free sleeve?
Yes, you can change your choice of free sleeve, you will always have six to pick from. The change will take effect in the subsequent shipments.

What if I do not choose a free sleeve when I set up my EasyOrder?
If you decide not to select a free sleeve while setting up your EasyOrder, then it will not be included in your order.

If I do not choose a free sleeve when I set up my EasyOrder, can I claim it later?
No, free sleeves do not apply to past orders. After you modify your EasyOrder and select a free sleeve, you will receive one (1) free sleeve for every $75 spent through this service, on a cumulative basis.


Limited Edition coffee availability Under EasyOrder


Will Limited Editions be available on EasyOrder?
Yes, Limited Edition coffees will be available on EasyOrder for as long as the stock lasts. Please subscribe to Nespresso emails or visit Nespresso.com or Boutiques regularly to learn about new Limited Edition launches.

What happens if an item such as the Limited Edition coffees are out of stock?
If a specific item in your EasyOrder goes out of stock, as could be the case with Nespresso Limited Edition coffees, the rest of your order will still ship. You will be charged only for the shipped items. You will receive an email alerting you of the exact items in your forthcoming shipment.

Do I benefit from promotional activities by signing up for EasyOrder?
All Members can benefit from Nespresso member-exclusive offers irrespective of whether they have signed up for EasyOrder. To ensure that you never miss out on your member-exclusives please update the contact preferences on your Nespresso account with your email address and agree to receive emails from Nespresso.


Modifications & Cancellations


How can I modify or cancel my EasyOrder?
Before each order is shipped you will receive an email. Should you want to cancel or modify any aspect of the next shipment (coffee selection, delivery date) you can do so. No charges apply. Just log into your account at Nespresso.com, on the mobile app, at one of our Boutiques, or by calling us at 1-800-562-1465 or 1-877-964-6299.

Is there a fee for signing up or using this EasyOrder?
There is no fee for creating, modifying or cancelling your EasyOrder. There is a temporary pending charge of $1 on your credit card to validate the recurring payment.


Tracking Your Shipments, Shipping options & Shipping Charges


How will I know when my order will ship?
You will receive an email before your order ships. You can modify or cancel your order anytime until a day before the order is shipped. Log into your Nespresso account, or call Nespresso to inquire about your next shipment.

Do I have to pay shipping?
Orders of $35 or more are eligible for free shipping. Orders under $35 will be charged a $6.95 fee for standard shipping.

What if I do not want my order and it has already shipped. How do I cancel it?
Per the Conditions of Sales, you may refuse the delivery of a package once it has shipped. In the event you receive the product(s), you can return the order in accordance with the Conditions of Sales.


Payment & Multiple EasyOrder


How can I pay for EasyOrders?
Similar to any orders you place on Nespresso.com, you can pay for your EasyOrder shipments with your Credit Card.

When am I charged?
You pay as you go. Your credit card is charged just before each order ships.

What if my credit card expires? Will it block my delivery?
When you set up your EasyOrder, you will be asked to provide a credit card that will be charged before each order is shipped. As long as your EasyOrder service is active, you will receive an automatic email alerting you that your credit card is nearing its date of expiry.

What is the minimum order quantity for an EasyOrder?
There is no minimum order quantity to place an EasyOrder. Orders of $35 or more are eligible for free shipping. Orders under $35 will be charged a $6.95 fee for standard shipping.

Can I have multiple EasyOrders?
Yes, you can have multiple EasyOrders. To make it easy for you to track them you can give each of them a name. E.g., Aunt Mary’s EasyOrder.
