Blinking Light Issues
- Check the mains, plug, voltage, and fuse. In case of problems, call Nespresso at 877-964-6299.
- Send appliance to repair or call Nespresso at 877-964-6299.
- Machine is in descaling mode.
- Fill water tank with potable water.
- Machine is in emptying mode. If this persists please contact the Nespresso Club.
Coffee& Other Issues
- Water tank is empty. Fill water tank with potable water.
- Descale if necessary; see Descaling section.
- Flow speed depends on the coffee variety.

- Position capsule correctly. if leakages occur, call Nespresso at 877-964-6299.

- Empty capsule container. Make sure that no capsule is blocked inside the capsule container.
- Make sure that you use skimmed or semi-skimmed milk at refrigerator temperature (about 4°C).
- Make sure that the froth regulator is clean. If not, clean in dishwasher together with the other parts of the milk container.
