Here is what you need

1 coffee capsule (Original Arpeggio, Vertuo Alitssio or Pro Intenso)
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon tahini
1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)
A pinch of toasted sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Let's make it!

Prepare the tahini drizzle by mixing tahini with a tiny splash of water or honey until it becomes smooth and slightly pourable.
Place the vanilla ice cream in a small serving cup.
Brew the coffee (40 ml) directly over the ice cream.
Drizzle the tahini over the espresso in a thin swirl.
