Provencal Freddo Delicato Lemonade Recipe
Get the feel of France in this Provençal floral and citrus sparkler made with Barista Creations Freddo Delicato.


Here is what you need
Ingredients
| Ice INTENSO40 ml | Ice Cubes 150 g | Sparkling Water 100 ml | Vanilla Syrup 15 ml |
Fresh Or Dried Lavender 1 Teaspoon | Fresh Lemon Juice 10 ml | Fresh Lemon Slice1 Slice | Optional: Fresh Lavender 1 Sprig |
Let's make it!
- STEP 1
Brew a capsule of ICE INTENSO over 1 tsp of fresh or dried lavender, in a VIEW Recipe glass.
- STEP 2
a) by hand: Let it infuse for 2 minutes before straining it into the Barista Shaker and adding one ice cube. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously. b) with the Nespresso Barista device: Strain it into your Nespresso Barista jug, add 1 ice cube, close the lid, select the “Iced Nitro” recipe and press the start button.
- STEP 3
Add 4 ice cubes and a slice of lemon into your glass.

Pour in the Vanilla syrup, the fresh lemon juice and the sparkling water. Stir gently.
- STEP 5
Pour the cold coffee on top, and garnish with a fresh sprig of lavender.
