Here is what you need

1 coffee capsule (Original Shanghai, Vertuo Costa Rica or Pro Finezzo)
20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup
40ml sparkling water
Lemon rind to garnish
Ice cubes (to taste)

Let's make it!

Pour the syrup in the bottom of the cup.
Fill the cup with ice.
Top with lemon juice.
Pour the sparkling water.
Brew the coffee on top.
Garnish with lemon rind.
