- Mix 1 tbsp ube powder with a small amount of hot water, then combine with 70 ml cold milk.
- In a large glass, add 6 Nespresso ice cubes (30 g each), 15 ml coconut or vanilla syrup, and 70 ml ube milk.
- Pour 100 ml milk into the Aeroccino, close the lid, and start the cold foam recipe.
- Top the drink with the milk foam.
- Extract 80 ml Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato using Coffee Creations mode and pour over the drink.
- Garnish with edible lavender buds and dried coconut flakes.
