  • 20 ml water
  • 6 Nespresso ice cubes
  • 15 ml coconut syrup
  • 170 ml milk
  • 1 capsule VL French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato
  • 5 g edible lavender buds
  • 5 g coconut flakes

Let's make it!

  1. Mix 1 tbsp ube powder with a small amount of hot water, then combine with 70 ml cold milk.
  2. In a large glass, add 6 Nespresso ice cubes (30 g each), 15 ml coconut or vanilla syrup, and 70 ml ube milk.
  3. Pour 100 ml milk into the Aeroccino, close the lid, and start the cold foam recipe.
  4. Top the drink with the milk foam.
  5. Extract 80 ml Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato using Coffee Creations mode and pour over the drink.
  6. Garnish with edible lavender buds and dried coconut flakes.
