Here is what you need
- 1 Melozio capsule (230ml)
- 6 Nespresso ice cubes
- 180ml Barista oat milk
- 10g Pistachio cream
- 1 Grilled pistachio
- 3 Marshmallows
Let's make it!
- Add pistachio cream at the bottom and sides of the glass.
- Add 6 ice cubes and 80ml oat milk.
- Prepare cold foam with 100ml oat milk in the Aeroccino.
- Pour foam over ice.
- Extract 80ml Melozio into the glass.
- Top with marshmallows, caramelize (optional), and sprinkle pistachios.
