Nespresso Club is Nespresso Saudi Arabia’s loyalty program for customers. You are automatically enrolled after making your first coffee purchase through Nespresso. Members earn points on coffee purchases and can use them on future online orders through Nespresso.com.

You are automatically enrolled when you make your first coffee purchase using your Nespresso account through a Nespresso Boutique, Nespresso website or the App. Starting 28th of September 2026.

You earn 10 points for every 1 ⃁ spent on coffee purchases made through Nespresso channels. Points are not awarded on machines, accessories, delivery fees or other non-coffee purchases unless Nespresso specifies otherwise.

Your points may take up to 30 days to appear in your Nespresso account. To ensure points are linked correctly, use the same email address for your retail and online Nespresso accounts.

Points can be used only on Nespresso.com. You may use available points toward eligible products across our coffee, machines and accessories range through the website only. Points cannot be used in Boutiques, through telephone orders, or through commercial or trade channels.

200 points are equal to 1 ⃁ when used on an eligible website order.

Yes. Points remain valid for 11 months from the date they become available. We recommend checking your balance regularly and using points before they expire.

Points cannot be transferred or assigned to another customer. If you have duplicate Nespresso accounts held in your name, please contact the Nespresso Call Centre on 8001166612 to request an account review.
