  • Prepare the Lungo coffee (110ml) into a cup and leave to cool
  • Freeze the coffee in a ballshaped ice cube mould
  • Pour the bird’s nest in a lungo glass cup
  • Add the frozen coffee ball to the bird’s nest
  • Garnish with the crumbled peanut cookie
