Roasting
The coffees are divided by country of origin for roasting. The majority of the roast consists of very light Colombian beans, which preserves its fruitiness and acidity. The second split, comprising a minority portion, consists solely of Brazilian beans that are significantly darker in order to add intensity while still maintaining a light overall profile.
Aromatic Profile
A delightful Amaretti biscuit flavour infused into a coffee blend with hints of bitter almond, vanilla, and a vibrant fruity acidity.
