With your consent, we may collect precise geolocation data from your device or browser. As described in our Privacy Policy , we collect this information to help you find nearby Nespresso Boutiques or places to recycle capsules. This information may be considered “sensitive” under certain state privacy laws. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
Additional Privacy Rights
Opting Out of Sales and Sharing. Some of the activities described above, and in our Privacy Policy may be considered “sales” or “sharing” of your personal information. You may opt out of cookie-based “sales” and “sharing” by clicking the “Your Privacy Choices 
” link found in the footer of our website and following the instructions in the pop-up window. Please note that you will need to renew your opt-out choice if you visit our Services from another device or browser or if you clear your cookies because your opt-out choice will be linked to your browser only.

If you are not logged into your account with us, our processing of the signal will be limited to cookie-based sales, sharing, and targeted advertising for the specific browser or device that you are using.
Access, Correction, and Deletion. You have the right to (1) request to know more about and access your personal information, including in a portable format, (2) request deletion of your personal information, and (3) request correction of inaccurate personal information. Authorized Agents. You can designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf. We may ask authorized agents to submit proof of their authority to make a request, such as a valid power of attorney or proof that they have signed permission from the consumer who is the subject of the request. In some cases, we may contact the consumer to verify his or her own identity or confirm the authorized agent has permission to submit the request. Authorized agents seeking to make a request to access, correct, or delete personal information can either submit this webform or contact Customer Service at 1-800-562-1465. Please do not provide any sensitive personal information in connection with the request, such as a drivers license or other government-issued ID.
