Summer Cherry Cooler

INGREDIENTS

4x 30g Ice Cubes

60ml Sparking Water

5ml Monin Cherry Syrup

1 capsule of Amaretti Decaffeinato

3 Amarena Cherries

MATERIALS

Zenius or Momento Machine

Barista device

Small Barista Mixologist glass

Cocktail stick

LET'S MAKE IT

1. Place 3 ice cubes and the syrup into the glass.​​

2. Add the sparkling water.

3. Extract the Amaretti Decaffeinato into your Barista device, and add 1 ice cube, close the lid, push Iced Nitro button.

4. Gently pour the coffee into the glass over the mixture.​​

5. Thread the cherries onto the stick and place on top of the glass.
