INGREDIENTS

4x 30g Ice Cubes

5ml Monin Vanilla Syrup

60ml Coconut Water

1 capsule Ice Intenso

1 Mint Sprig

Optional: 5g Coconut Flakes

MATERIALS

Barista device

Barista Mixologist glass

LET'S MAKE IT

1. Place 3 ice cubes and the syrup into the glass.​​

2. Add the coconut water.

3. Extract 40ml of Ice Intenso into your barista device, add 1 ice cube, close the lid and press the Iced Nitro button.

4. Gently pour the coffee into the glass over the mixture.​​

5. Add a sprig of non-treated mint leaf on top of the drink.

Optional: Sprinkle Coconut Flakes on top.
