5g PISTACHIO paste*

3 x 30g Ice Cubes

150ml OAT Drink

5g crushed PISTACHIOS

1 capsule Amaretti Decaffeinato

LET'S MAKE IT

1. Spread the pistachio paste on the sides of the glass.

2. Add the ice cubes and 50ml of oat drink.

3. Pour the remaining 100ml of oat drink into the Aeroccino, close the lid and press the cold foam button.

4. Pour the cold foam into the glass making sure to leave a little room at the top (for the coffee)

5. Using a Zenius or Momento machine, extract the Amaretti Decaffeinato capsule as an espresso into the glass.

6. Sprinkle with some crushed pistachios.
