General

  • To ensure that the machine is well ventilated, there must be 50 mm minimum of free space around it.
  • The worktop must be able to bear the minimum weight of the Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk machine (35 kg)
  • If the machine is installed on a counter, please drill a minimum 5 cm hole centred at the back of the space where it will be placed
  • The installation space must be easily accessible, clean, dry, water resistant and compliant with the applicable health and safety standards

If you choose the direct water connection option

  • Ensure there is a ¾ tap situated maximum 1.5 m from the machine or underneath it.
  • Ensure there is a minimum 60 mm-wide opening in the work top. The opening is situated at the back of the machine, on the right-hand side.

WARNING: Tthe area where the machine will be installed must not have any other machines. The Nespresso Professional installation partner is not authorised to move coffee machines of another brand than Nespresso

  • To enable a certain number of technical features such as the instructions when preparing a coffee, information on the aromatic profile, etc. the Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk machine works exclusively with Nespresso Professional capsules.
  • The aforementioned technical features are made possible by software that can be updated remotely via a built-in modem with a 3G connection. If the installation area does not allow a 3G connection, Nespresso will send a technician to perform the necessary updates. A fee will be billed for manual updates performed by a technician.
  • The Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk machine can collect and share usage statistics with Nespresso or with Nespresso’s approved distributors, in order to continuously improve our products and the quality of our services. These usage statistics, which include data relating to coffee preparation, are in no way of a personal nature. The Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk machine does not share data containing information that enables Nespresso to identify the user.

The first year is offered for free, but as of the second year a yearly service fee of €800 is charged.       The aluminium can be fully and infinitely recycled. Each capsule you recycle can be converted into a new everyday object such as a can, bike or Victorinox Swiss army knife. The possibilities are endless.

      Once separated from the aluminium, the coffee remainders can be re-used in a thousand different ways for increasingly innovative purposes. The coffee grounds are transformed into biogas, which can be used as an ecological bus fuel. The coffee grounds can also be composted.
