      Technical assistance can be provided over the phone, however if a technician is required this can be provided on site within 2 working days*
      *If you have a service package for your machine, we will adhere to the service level agreed in your service package.
    • CUSTOMER CARE
      Coffee Specialists are available 7 days a week from 8AM to 7PM from Monday to Saturday and from 9 to 5.30PM on Sunday via phone to assist you with all your coffee needs

      Receive a temporary replacement machine during the maintenance of your own machine.*
