More about coffee credit

What is Nespresso credit?

Nespresso credit is the monthly amount that you receive on your account after payment of the monthly amount for your coffee subscription. The amount of your monthly Nespresso credit is equal to the monthly amount you pay for your coffee subscription. You are free to spend this credit on coffee, accessories, or delicacies through the Nespresso website, via the app, in one of our Boutiques, and through our telephone customer service.

When can I order my coffee with my Nespresso credit?

Within 2 working days after we receive your payment, we will credit the amount to your Nespresso account. From that moment on you can use the credit to place an order.

What happens if I do not (fully) use my Nespresso credit?

The Nespresso credit that you do not use remains valid for 2 years after it is added to your Nespresso account. All unused credit accumulates.

What happens if I do not have enough credit for my order?

You will automatically pay with your credit. If the amount of your order is higher than the remaining credit, you will pay the remaining amount using one of the available payment methods.

Free Nanofoamer with the purchase of a Vertuo Up machine and a minimum of 50 Vertuo capsules

This offer (a free Nanofoamer, worth €49) applies only with the purchase of a Vertuo Up machine and a minimum of 50 Vertuo capsules, placed through Nespresso Netherlands (via www.nespresso.com, the Nespresso Boutique, the Nespresso App, or Customer Service). The offer is linked to your customer number, and the free Nanofoamer will be automatically added to your order once the machine and the minimum of 50 Vertuo capsules have been included. Five offers per customer number, not combinable with other Nespresso offers or the Nespresso Coffee Subscription, and not refundable for cash. The free product is granted immediately at checkout or in the shopping basket on www.nespresso.com. The promotion is valid from 01‑09‑2026 until 17‑01‑2027.
