In this coffee made for ice, a beautiful balance of tangy lime and refreshing mint flavours bring a twist to the light fruity and cereal notes of the African Arabicas in this blend. Bright and breezy, this signature of summer refreshment transports you to the tropics.

Best served as: 1 coffee capsule (80 ml) over a cup full of ice cubes (180 g). To extend the treat, top it up with cold water (180 ml).

Ingredients

  • 1 capsule of Exotic Liminha Over Ice (80 ml)
  • 10ml of Vanilla Syrup
  • 90ml of milk
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • Lime Zest and Mint

Materials

  • Vertuo Coffee Mug, 390ml

How to make this recipe?

  • Step 1

    Place 4 ice cubes (30g each) into your Nespresso Mug. Pour in 10ml of Vanilla Syrup and 90ml of Oatly Barista
  • Step 2

    Extract 80ml of Liminha Over Ice into the mug
  • Step 3

    Garnish with lime zest and mint leaves

Exotic Brazilian-Inspired Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 capsule of Exotic Liminha Over Ice (80 ml)
  • 8gr of Brown Sugar
  • 60gr of Fresh Lime
  • 40gr of Passion Fruit Seeds
  • 2ml of Gum Syrup
  • 60 ml of Still Water
  • 7 Ice Cubes
  • Lime Slice & Fresh Mint

Materials

  • Reveal Recipe Glass, 550ml
  • Shaker

How to make this recipe?

  • Step 1

    Into a View Recipe glass, place 8 cubed pieces of lime (60 g) and 8 g of brown sugar and muddle the ingredients
  • Step 2

    Cut a passion fruit in half and scoop out the seeds, place them in the glass along with 4 ice cubes (30g each) and 2g of gum syrup.
  • Step 3

    Pour in 60ml of still water and mix until the lime and passion fruit seeds float to the top.
  • Step 4

    Into a shaker, add an ice cube and then extract 40ml of Liminha Over Ice over it. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Step 5

    Gently pour the chilled coffee into the glass, over the other ingredients.
  • Step 6

    Garnish with a slice of lime and mint leaves
