A long and dark roast inspired by the south of Italy and embracing the blend's wildness and spiciness.
Origin
Kazaar is a Robusta-led blend created using coffees from India and Nicaragua.
Roasting
We split roast this blend to bring out the distinct qualities of each coffee. Most of beans get an intense roast to develop bitterness and body, but we give the unwashed Robusta a shorter and lighter roast to bring out some of the finer aromatic notes.
