A blend of Central American and African Arabicas. Nicaraguan beans give this coffee its cereal note, while Ethiopian beans adds some acidity and delicate fruitiness.

The Nicaraguan beans get a long roast to develop its cereal note and to create structure and body. The Ethiopian beans also get a long - yet light - roast to reveal more delicate notes.
