Origin:
A 100% washed Arabica from Mount Kilimanjaro region in the Northern Highlands of Tanzania.
Roasting:
We separate the Arabicas into two batches for roasting. Most of it will undergo a light roast to achieve fruity, citric notes with bright acidity, while the other part is roasted a bit longer to create sweet aromatics and a hint of dry cereal notes.

A fruity, citric blend with refreshing acidity, sweet aromatics and a hint of cereal notes.
