Origin:
A smooth, 100% arabica base blend made of naturally sweet beans from Brazil and lively washed beans from Colombia.
Roasting:
The Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all its malted cereal notes intact, while the majority of the Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics.
Try it as Almond Hibiscus Spritz
What you’ll need:
• 110mL Sweet Almond & Hibiscus Flavoured Original Coffee
• 240mL Sparkling Water
• 10mL Hibiscus Syrup
• Fresh Lime Slice
• 10mL Lime Juice
• Ice
Method:
• Step 1
Extract coffee over ice into a separate container or glass. If using an Original machine, extract as a Lungo (110ml). If using a Vertuo next generation machine (Vertuo POP, Vertuo Next, Vertuo Lattissima, Vertuo Creatista), press twice to activate Coffee Creations mode for a double espresso extraction (80ml) - the light will flash blue.
• Step 2
In a large Mixologist glass, fill with ice and add hibiscus syrup.
• Step 3
Add 240ml Sparkling Water, and squeeze in the juice of 1/8th of a lime.
• Step 4
Pour chilled coffee into Mixologist glass, straining out the ice from the coffee, and garnish with a lime wedge & serve.
Try it as Almond Hibiscus Latte
What you’ll need:
• 40mL Sweet Almond & Hibiscus Flavoured Coffee
• 110/200mL Chosen Milk
• 10mL Vanilla Syrup
• Orange (for zesting)
Method:
• Step 1
Extract espresso into Lungo cup for Original Machines or a Gran Lungo cup for Vertuo Machines. If using a Vertuo next generation machine (Vertuo POP, Vertuo Next, Vertuo Lattissima, Vertuo Creatista), press twice to activate Coffee Creations mode for a double espresso extraction (80ml) - the light will flash blue.
• Step 2
Add 10mL of Vanilla syrup to your espresso.
• Step 3
Steam milk of your choice using an Aeroccino or your machines steam wand & pour over the espresso.
• Step 4
Zest a fresh orange over the top & enjoy!.
