Origin:
An Arabica and Robusta blend, with most of its beans coming from Brazil and Mexico.
Roasting:
We give Roma a subtle light roast. It balances the intensity and deep flavour of the coffee with that hint of acidity that gives Roma its elegance. A fine grind preserves the coffees’ aromatic finesse, keeping Roma strong yet mild.
Taste:
An elegant balance between roasting strength, deep woody and cereal notes and fine acidity.
