Origin:
A smooth, 100% arabica base blend made of naturally sweet beans from Brazil and lively washed beans from Colombia.

Roasting:
The Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all its malted cereal notes intact, while the majority of the Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics.

Try it as Cinnamon Banana Mont Blanc

What you’ll need:
• 40mL Cinnamon & Sweet Tamarind Flavoured coffee
• 50mL Cream
• 20mL Milk
• 5mL Banana Puree
• Ground Cinnamon
• Ice
• NanoFoamer

Method:

• Step 1
Extract coffee over ice. If using a Vertuo next generation machine (Vertuo POP, Vertuo Next, Vertuo Lattissima, Vertuo Creatista), press twice to activate Coffee Creations mode for a double espresso extraction (80ml) - the light will flash blue. If using an Original machine, extract 2x capsules as 40ml espresso.

• Step 2
In another glass, add milk, cream and banana puree & froth using a Nanofoamer/electric hand whisk. Froth milk & cream until consistency has thickened slightly, until glossy.

• Step 3
Pour over the top of the coffee & garnish with a dust of Cinnamon.
