What you’ll need:
• 1 Blueberry Cheesecake capsule
• 70ml Milk
• 50ml Cream (35%)
• 5ml Vanilla syrup
• 15ml Blueberry purée
• 4 Ice cubes
• 3 Blueberries
• 1 Barista Mixologist Glasses, Small
• 1 NanoFoamer
Method:
• Step 1
Fill a glass with ice and add 70ml of milk and 5ml of vanilla syrup.
• Step 2
Extract 40ml of Blueberry Cheesecake coffee and slowly pour it over the milk to create distinct layers.
• Step 3
In a separate cup, froth cream with 15ml of blueberry purée using the NanoFoamer until silky and smooth.
• Step 4
Spoon the cream over the top of the coffee and garnish with a few fresh blueberries.
