Origin
This coffee is created from Latin American coffees, mainly from Peru and Costa Rica. We add intensity to the blend by using a touch of high quality Robusta.
Roasting
This coffee uses the split roasting technique to create intensity and complexity. The first roast is composed exclusively of Arabicas and is lighter, while the second is a blend of Arabicas and Robustas and is roasted darker to develop body and roast.
Aromatic Profile
An intense coffee with a toasted cereal taste reminiscent of bread crust. A secondary woody note adds depth, while a hint of nutty and brown spice notes give the blend personality.
