A CITY ONCE AT THE CROSSROADS OF TWO CIVILIZATIONS
Venezia wants to exalt one of the most enduring local coffee traditions in Italy with a roast that blends intense Ottoman-influenced notes with the highly aromatic profiles of European coffee. We owe these influences to the Venetian traders, the first importers of coffee in Italy. The city was indeed the gateway to Ottoman culture, and its port was soon filled with roasters and other blending experts. Venetian roasters have refined their art over the centuries and have passed on their know-how to the next generations. Ispirazione Venezia was inspired by the know-how passed on by the Venetian roasters, by the art of harmoniously combining the aromatic and intense notes of the different coffees.

Origin
The port of Venice was the gateway to coffee in Italy. Venetians became experts in blending and learned about natural green coffee beans. It wasn't long before the first cafés and other coffee shops opened and most had their own roasters offering their own blends.
Roasting
Coffee is roasted more lightly in the north. That's why we did the same for Ispirazione Venezia, a coffee that is lighter than the one you'll find in the south, but still quite dark. This gives all its roundness and a muted acidity accompanied by a small touch of bitterness.
Aromatic Profile
A smooth, round coffee with a delicate aroma reminiscent of freshly roasted beans that will take you back to the early days of the Italian coffee trade. A light roast allows it to retain all its intensely delicate aromas while giving it a dense body.
