• Nespresso ice cubes (5 x 30 g)
• Cucumber (2 slices)
• Tonic water (120 ml)​
• Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice (1 capsule)
•Organic fresh mint (1 bunch)
•Optional: Organic orange zest

•Mixology Glass, Small (300 ml)
• Nespresso NanoFoamer

Let's make it!

• In a Mixology glass (Small), combine 4 Nespresso ice cubes and a slice of cucumber, then pour in 60ml of tonic water.
• Extract 40ml of Vanilla Yuzu coffee into a jug, add 1 ice cube, and foam the coffee using the Nespresso NanoFoamer. 
• Gently pour the foamed Iced Coffee Nitro over the mixture in the glass.
•Garnish with an additional cucumber slice and slap fresh mint leaves to release their essence.
• Optional: Express orange zest over the drink for added aromas.
