Ingredients

• Pistachio Ice Cream — 1 scoop (60 g)
• Crystal Spark Coffee — 1
• Milk 1.5% — 100 ml
• Crushed Grilled Pistachios — 1 pinch
•Matcha Powder — 1 pinch

Let's make it!

• Pour 100 ml of 1.5% milk directly into the Nespresso Barista device or Nespresso Milk Frother (Aerrocino) and add a pinch of matcha. Close the lid.
• In an affogato bowl or cappuccino cup, place one scoop (60 g) of pistachio ice cream at the bottom.
• Extract 40 ml of Crystal Spark espresso and pour it gently around the ice cream.
• Pour it gently around the ice cream.
• Pour the green milk foam over the espresso, letting it surround the ice cream and finish by sprinkling crushed pistachios on top.
