Nespresso delivers your orders wherever and whenever you would like throughout Kuwait:
2. Verification of Goods
2.1 It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon receipt and, in case of on-arrival damage or missing items, to notify and file claim with NESPRESSO within 7 days of receipt (retaining all relevant invoice and signed delivery notes).
2.2 NESPRESSO shall in such circumstances provide you with identical replacement goods, or a refund in case of non-availability of replacement.
3. Returns Policy
3.1 You have the right to refund/exchange machines and accessory products within 14 days of purchase. Nespresso will only accept products that are returned in perfect condition, and in original packaging accompanied by the original invoice. According to the food regulations and for the protection of consumers, Nespresso does not accept any exchanges nor refunds of coffee capsules/coffee sleeves and bites, regulated as a food product, in order to conserve the health of consumers.
