Every recycling effort you make creates a positive impact.What may seem used can be the start of a whole new chapter.Your used Nespresso capsules and grounds are given a second life, when you return them for recycling.
FROM COFFEE TO COMPOST
Once separated from the aluminium casings, the used coffee grounds are collected and sent to a local farm.
FROM COMPOST TO FOOD
Used coffee grounds are used as nutrient-rich compost to grow vegetables, flowers, greenery and much more. Using coffee grounds improves drainage, aerates soil and acts as a natural pest repellent.
FROM ALUMINIUM TO EVERYDAY OBJECTS
Nespresso capsules are made from aluminium, which is infinitely recyclable. Each capsule you recycle can be given a second life. The aluminium can be smelted and reused in everyday objects such as pens, bicycle frames and much more.

To enter the "Recycle to Win" lucky draw you must be a Nespresso member. Each time you recycle a full bag of used Nespresso capsules and drop it off at one of our recycling points* (Nespresso boutiques and booths in ZA) or recycle from home, and post about you it on your Facebook or Instagram, you will automatically enter the lucky draw. The more times you recycle, the more chances to win.
When dropping off a bag of used Nespresso capsules at our Recycling Points, please notify a member of our staff to ensure they record your recycling action. If not, your recycling action will not be recorded as a qualified entry into the lucky draw.
A full bag of used capsules comprises of 50 or more used Nespresso capsules.
If you have won a prize through our "Recycle to Win" lucky draw, you will be notified by e-mail and SMS.

Winners will have 30 days to retrieve the prize upon being notified.
