You will receive immediate technical diagnosis and a solution to your problem or The Nespresso Club will collect your machine at a pre-arranged time, organise the loan of a new machine and bring back your machine when repaired. Service available 6 days a week,

Sunday to Thursday from 8am till 5.30pm.Saturday from 8am till 2.30pm.

See Conditions of Sale to claim your free service (if your machine is still covered by the warranty), alternatively a flat fee rate will apply (if the machine is no longer under warranty)
