We promise to sort out any technical problems that may arise with your machine during this period and we will loan you a replacement during the time it takes to repair yours, so that you can carry on enjoying your favourite coffee.

**Service included if the repair carried out is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if the machine has been bought in the country where the repair is to be carried out and if it has been registered with the Nespresso Club with its serial number. After your machine has been returned you will receive an additional 6-month repair warranty. If your machine is no longer within the warranty period but is less than five years old, we offer a flat-rate Technical Assistance Package.
