Lisbon Bica

Bica is Lisbon's dense and bitter coffee, thick with echoes of an empire. Principally crafted with Robusta beans for enhanced character, harmoniously complemented by Arabica beans from El Salvador, World Explorations Lisbon Bica captures its rich history. Spicy and nutty notes run through our take on this bold short shot. Enjoy it like a local: a traditional Pastel de Nata on the side balances the bold coffee experience with a sweet treat.

Origins

This majority Robusta blend gets most of its beans from Nicaragua and El Salvador.

Roasting

The Arabica beans are lightly roasted with a fine grind, while Robusta beans are roasted to a darker level. This creates a notable difference in the roasting profiles between the two varieties within the blend.
